AMERICAN GOVERNMENT - 1st Semester
This one-semester course will study the firm Christian foundation upon which the United States was founded. Among other things, we will study the three branches of government, the processes and procedures of government, and the responsibilities of citizenship. Each week the student will read from their textbook, answer study guide questions, and do occasional worksheets and maps. In class, we will review the past week’s homework and students will take notes from lecture. This class will include a small weekly project. There will be 2 tests; one midterm and one final exam.
